Nevada Judges Strike Again as Bradley Continues "Winning" Streak

Some things in no way amend, like Juan Manuel Marquez getting a natural deal from boxing judges.

Forty-year-old Juan Manuel Marquez suffered any more close decision loss on Saturday night, this instant to Timothy Bradley. Bradley was awarded a split decision victory by scores of 113-115, 115-113, and 116-112. The loss prevented Marquez from being the at the outset Mexican fighter to win titles in five another stress divisions.

A closer look by the side of the scorecards revealed very little consistency. Modish detail the two judges so as to had it in support of Bradley, Robert Hoyle (115-113) and Patricia Morse Jarman (116-112), had opposite scorecards in support of the keep up three rounds. Hoyle had Marquez winning the keep up three rounds to close the gap. Jarman had Bradley winning the final three rounds to secure the victory. Nice.

This is the fifth close fight so as to Marquez has lost by decision. Modish prior bouts with Freddie Norwood, Chris John, and Manny Pacquiao (twice), Marquez had found himself on the down finish off on the judges scorecards.

It seems so as to except he is prepared to win just about each circular, Marquez in fact does need to cut a beat to progress a break from boxing judges.

Marquez was convinced he won the fight, as were many of the fans in attendance by the side of the Thomas and Mack Center in Las Vegas who booed deafeningly whilst the decision was announced. The DSH scored the bout 115-113 in support of Marquez.

Neither fighter was endlessly able to in fact take control of the bout in support of one distance end to end of instant as many rounds were close and the charge went back and forth. Bradley threw more jabs and Marquez threw more power shots, neither landed cleanly too often, but Marquez was the more accurate fighter.

Apparently a little in the media plus held so as to Bradley had indeed won this fight. CompuBox facts on the whole often cited to support the decision alert on Bradley's flicking stab and so as to he landed a whopping 15 more unreserved punches in the twelve circular fight.  Unfortunately, only some seem to meaning not worth it how Marquez landed more power punches in the bout and in nine of the twelve rounds.

Thankfully, Marquez is in no way hesitant to allow us know whilst he is gloomy with the decision. (Some advise so as to capital he is a poor loser, but he for eternity seems to allow fine right mind...Or by the side of smallest amount a exhibition argument. No single recalls him endlessly complaining almost his straighten decision loss to Floyd Mayweather Jr.)

"I need to be scared of the judges more than my opponents," the notable Marquez lamented. Marquez declared the decision to be a "robbery" and strongly asserted he won the fight.

For his part Bradley boldly asserted the fight was not close. "He couldn't handle me. I gave him a boxing lesson," thought Bradley. "Now I'm digit three in the humanity. There's Floyd Mayweather, Andre Ward, at the moment there's Tim Bradley, baby!"

After the fight, Bradley, come what may 31-0, arrogantly declared himself standing by in support of the Boxing Hall of Fame, citing "wins" greater than Pacquiao and Marquez.  One might suppose Bradley is on a quite a roll and is single of the top pound-for-pound armed forces in the game - by the side of smallest amount that's could you repeat that? HBO and others in the media seem intent on convincing us.

Give me a break.

Considering so as to he has in no way expected a favorable decision in a close fight, Marquez's anger by the side of the decision is understandable. Less understandable is how a person can impede from laughing allow single-handedly challenging Bradley whilst he makes such outrageous claims. Yet only some in the media seem qualified of maxim could you repeat that? Is obvious: So as to Bradley's hyperbolic claims to historic eminence and top-3 status are nonsensical. He is nix Floyd Mayweather and he is nix Andre Ward.

Modish authenticity, Bradley when again disastrous the eye test to on the whole boxing fans in this relatively boring chess match of a fight.

The boos so as to rained down on him bearing in mind the announced decision, conveniently dismissed by HBO as the outcome of disappointed Marquez fans, were very decisive. Tim Bradley has not earned the respect he declares he deserves. When Marquez's Hall of Fame coach, Nacho Beristain famous wryly next, "He is the simply undefeated champion with two losses."

If single wants to in fact understand why Bradley is disliked by boxing fans, single need simply watch his fights. He is a clever fighter but single with nix punching power who shines superlative whilst the ring charge is by the side of its on the whole boring. Further, he is at the moment the generous recipient of three controversial decisions in a row -- with his "victory" greater than Manny Pacquiao being an all-time raid. He is the ultimate anti-Marquez: The guy who gets the benefit of the judges' decisions each instant despite of merit.
